Verisurf Automate is based on Verisurf’s industry-leading CAD-based metrology platform, which integrates design inspection tools, building analysis, reverse engineering, and reporting into a single application.

With Verisurf Automate, you can read virtually any CAD file in its native format. In automatically recognising differentCAD formats, you can load a model by simply dragging a CAD file into the program window.

Inspection plans created with Verisurf Automate are compatible with all brands and models of laser tracker, portable arm CMNs, scanners, optical trackers, and stationary CMMs. This level of functionality brings greater flexibility, eliminates inspection bottlenecks, reduces training and minimises support costs.

Other notable features from this state-of-the-art metrology software include visual object-oriented sequencing and CMM probe path generation. Both of these components efficiently create automated inspection plans before executing them effectively and generating reports.

Verisurf Automate also offers easy online programming in “Teach Mode” or fast offline programming with standard CAD formats:

Intelligent sequence tree objects with drag and drop functionality make re-ordering and editing much quicker.
